Modular system. We start the production of houses for the Norwegian partner ProNor.

In January 2018, the Dervus Design factory began manufacturing modular homes for delivery to Norway under a contract with Pro-Nor Nordic AS.

Together with Pro-Nor Baltics OÜ, architectural and design solutions were developed that ensure the assembly of the house in a modular manner with full readiness for exterior and interior decoration at the Dervus factory in Ukraine, and the further delivery of house kits to the construction site in Norway. Modular construction solution significantly reduces on-site installation time and simplifies logistics.

In modular houses, at the Dervus factory, all necessary communications are installed (water supply, sewage, electricity, ventilation and automation systems), as well as ceramic tiles are laid in sanitary rooms, sanitary ware and furniture are installed.
