A series in modular one-story architecture.

Fall 2018. A series of one-story houses in the picturesque Norwegian area was produced, shipped and installed.

According to the architectural project of Pro-Nor Baltics OÜ, small one-story cottages, Dervus Design LLC developed design documentation and launched production.

At the moment, a series of one-story houses has been delivered to the area of ​​Lillehammer, Norway.

A feature of this project is a large snow load on the roof, which is more than 900 kg/sq.m. The load is calculated taking into account the weight of the earth for the green roof device.

To implement this and similar projects, the Dervus team was supplemented by professionals in the field of timber frame house building with experience in Europe and the USA.
