Development and delivery of a new model of a modular backyard office

In the modern realities of quarantine, small backyard offices are in demand. Dervus Design has developed and delivered, together with McCube, the first modular office. The project was developed according to high European standards and delivered to Austria. The technology used for the load-bearing structure of this modular house is CLT. The distance from the factory to the building site is 1700 km.

Flat roof insulation: PIR

Windows: Wood-aluminum windows of 110 mm

The factory produces tiles, plumbing, electricians. And also installation of a door and painting of walls.
